Before confirmation of a reservation a deposit is required.
The deposit is the amount of the 1st night rent.
Payable only via Visa or Master Card
Note: The deposit applies to the 1st night or last night of the original reservation.
The balance is due at Check-In. Payable via Cash, Visa or Master Card.
Less than 60 days before arrival. The Deposit is forfeited unless Cabin/Suite is re-rented for the same time period in which case the deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
30 days or less the entire balance amount is due unless accommodation is rented for the entire time of reservation, less the administration fee of $50.00.
We recommend that guests obtain Travel Insurance and Medical Insurance especially if you are coming from out of country.
We can not provide refunds for early check out or no shows.
Only Registered guests are permitted on the property. Guests of guests are not permitted.
Occupancy is limited to 4 guests which includes children in the count.
If more guests arrive (including children) than the original reservation they will be turned away or result in immediate cancellation of reservation.
Parties are not permitted. Community quiet time is 10:00PM.
RV Camper Trailers, tents etc. or Pets are not permitted on the property.
Guests are liable for replacement costs due to accidental damage of contents as well as damages to the Vacation Home premises and property. Cost will be deducted via the guests’ Credit Card on File.
We do not charge a clean-up fee in advance but will assess a clean-up fee if the premises are left in a very untidy and unclean state. Including dishes, pots pans etc. not washed and dried properly and put away in cupboards.
We the owners of the Vacation Property are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings or valuables lost or left behind. However, we would be more than happy to forward articles left behind or found after guests’ departure for the cost of the shipping charges.
